Rural Vermont depends on strong community relationships, and our law enforcement officers play a vital role in keeping our towns safe. They serve not only as first responders, but as neighbors and trusted members of the community.

As Nicholas DiLorenzo, and a former U.S. Army Military Police Officer, I understand the dedication and sacrifice required to serve. Our officers face growing challenges with limited resources, staffing shortages, and increasing public safety demands in rural communities.

Vermont must support law enforcement by providing the tools, staffing, and community partnerships needed to keep our towns safe while protecting the values that make rural Vermont strong.

Supporting those who protect our communities is supporting Vermont’s future.
